Join us for a four-course dinner featuring wine pairings from notable female wine producers! Each course is crafted by our executive chef, and visiting sommelier Lauren will guide you through each wine pairing.
Menu:
• Fennel & Blood Orange Salad, mixed greens, fried goat cheese, maple dijon vinaigrette
• Second Course: Bacon Scallops, lardons, white wine butter cream sauce, warm french loaf
• Third Course: Camacho Mocha rubbed duck breast, cauliflower silk, crispy brussel sprouts, cherry reduction
• Fourth Course: Poached Peach Melba, creme anglaise, phyllo nest
