Looking for something a little different (and a lot more relaxing) to do outside?
A Drum and Music Circle is gathering at Stephens Lake Park, and it’s one of those easy, come-as-you-are events where you can jump in or just sit back and enjoy the rhythm.
Head to 2001 E. Broadway and use the south entrance. From there, take a left up the hill, pass the playground and restrooms, and you’ll find the group near the last pavilion.
Bring a chair or blanket and any instruments you have—drums, shakers, or anything that makes a little noise. If you don’t have one, no worries—there are usually a few extras to share.
It’s a laid-back way to connect, unwind, and just be part of the moment.
