The Missouri Academy of Music is hosting its Spring Concert on Sunday, May 3 at 7 p.m. at Broadway Christian Church. The program features student performers from the Virtuosi, Sinfonietta, and small ensembles, with a mix of pieces that keep things interesting without feeling overly formal.
Admission is free, and donations are welcome, so it’s easy to stop in, listen for a while, and support local musicians.
It’s one of those low-key events that doesn’t require much planning—just show up, sit down, and enjoy the music.
