One Happy Alpha Gal Bakery is hosting its first in-person pop-up at Strawberry Hill Farms on April 25th, starting at 9 a.m. and running until everything sells out. You’ll find a mix of traditional treats along with alpha–gal–safe options and some gluten-free items available.
Expect cinnamon rolls, strawberry rolls, red velvet cake, strawberry lemonade cake, cupcakes, and their popular Janet Cake, plus limited-edition Strawberry Hill premium boxes and more.
It’s also a great excuse to walk through the greenhouses while you’re there. Strawberry Hill Farms will be full of hanging baskets, flowers, and veggie plants, making it an easy way to turn a quick stop into a full morning out.
