Get outside and explore nature with Nature Detectives, a free outdoor playdate designed for young children and their caregivers. Hosted by Lend & Learn Toy Lending Library, this family-friendly event combines outdoor play, sensory activities, and nature exploration in one of Columbia’s favorite parks.

What to Expect
Children can enjoy a morning of outdoor fun while participating in nature-themed sensory activities and making new friends. Families will also have the opportunity to learn more about Nature Detectives programming offered through the Friends of Rock Bridge Memorial State Park.
Attendees can also check out a hiking child carrier demonstration and learn how to borrow one for free through the Lend & Learn Toy Lending Library, making it easier for families to enjoy future outdoor adventures together.
