Looking for some family-friendly Halloween fun before the big night? Columbia’s Moving Ahead Program is hosting its Family Fright Night on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, with a haunted house, trunk-or-treating, games, and more.
One of the biggest attractions is the fourth annual MAP Haunted House, created by students in the program’s upper-grade classrooms. They’ve been working hard to put together a spooky experience for families to enjoy.
The evening will also feature trunk-or-treating with local organizations handing out candy and community resources. Kids can enjoy games and face painting, while families can grab refreshments and explore the other activities.
There’s an extra benefit for families attending, too! The MAP Closet will be open, offering free clothing and pantry items to those who need them.
