Wilson’s Fitness is hosting Youth Week from April 20–26, where members can bring their kids along for free. It’s a low-pressure way to introduce younger ones to fitness while keeping things fun and age-appropriate.
Kids ages 12 months to 12 years can spend time in the PlayCenters, while older kids can start getting a feel for workouts alongside a parent. There’s even an ABC Yoga session (Tuesday at Rangeline, 9:30–10 a.m.) for a more relaxed, beginner-friendly option.
As they get older, the options expand:
- Ages 10+ can work out with a parent at Rangeline
- Ages 12+ can join a parent at the Forum location
- Ages 14+ can work out independently and take classes
It’s a simple idea, but a useful one—giving kids early exposure to movement, routine, and confidence in a gym setting without the commitment of a full membership.
If you’ve been trying to balance workouts with family time, this week makes it a little easier to do both.
