Families making their Halloween plans can add another early trick-or-treating stop to the list. The Sunrise Optimist Club of Columbia is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Oct. 31 at its Parker Street location.
The event takes place before many evening Halloween activities begin, making it an easy afternoon stop for families with young trick-or-treaters.
