Sturgeon Summerfest is back for another weekend packed with entertainment, competitions, food and family activities at the Sturgeon Fairgrounds. The three-day celebration offers something for every age, from pageants and parades to live music, car shows and kid-friendly attractions.
Friday kicks off the festivities with the Summerfest Royalty Pageant, food vendors, a beer garden and live music from Disengaged. The dates are Friday, June 5th – Sunday June 7th. See full itinerary below.
Saturday brings a full day of activities starting with the community parade at 9 a.m. Visitors can enjoy craft vendors, food trucks, a baby show, horse show, 3-on-3 basketball tournament and a variety of children’s attractions. The Kids Corner features face painting, balloon artist Grandma Glee, barrel train rides, bubbles and more. A petting zoo will be open throughout the day, while the Fun Zone offers inflatable attractions, climbing activities, games and rides. The evening wraps up with live music from Fully Loaded and a mechanical bull.
One of the weekend’s highlights is the Fun Zone, featuring a rock wall, spinning apple ride, Wizzer, sports inflatables, mini golf, soccer challenges, basketball games and a bungee trampoline on Sunday. Wristbands are available for one day or the entire weekend.
Sunday’s schedule includes a car and truck show, community church service, 4-H barbecue and the popular 4-H Backwards Tractor Pull. The Fun Zone remains open through the afternoon, giving families one more chance to enjoy the attractions before the weekend concludes.
Throughout the event, attendees can enjoy food vendors, live entertainment, community competitions and plenty of opportunities to celebrate summer with neighbors and friends.
Sturgeon Summerfest takes place at the Sturgeon Fairgrounds and is open to the public. It’s one of the area’s biggest summer traditions, bringing together small-town charm and family-friendly fun for all ages.
