If you’re looking for something interactive (and energy-burning) for little kids, this is one of those events where everyone actually gets to join in. 🎶📚
Sing-Along & Read-Along with Jim Gill is coming to Missouri Theatre on Tuesday, May 5 from 6:00–6:45 PM—and it’s more play session than performance.
🎤 What Makes It Different
This isn’t a sit-and-watch kind of show. Kids (and parents) will be singing, clapping, dancing, and moving the entire time. Jim Gill is known for turning music into interactive games, making it feel more like a family living room than a traditional concert.
🎶 What to Expect
Expect a mix of sing-alongs, dance-alongs, finger plays, and silly favorites like “Silly Dance Contest” and other playful musical stories. It’s designed to keep kids engaged while encouraging families to participate together.
👨👩👧 Who It’s For
Perfect for families with kids ages 1–8, but honestly, it’s just as fun for parents and grandparents joining in.
📚 Bonus
Raising Readers Boone County will also be there, adding to the focus on early literacy and family connection.
