A favorite Mid-Missouri fall tradition is hitting a big milestone this year. Shryocks Callaway Farms is celebrating the 25th season of its corn maze, with opening day set for Sept. 18.
The working family farm in Callaway County will welcome visitors through Nov. 1, giving families plenty of weekends to tackle the life-size corn maze, pick out pumpkins, gather around a campfire and enjoy a fall afternoon at the farm.

More Than the Corn Maze
The corn maze may be the main attraction, but there’s plenty more to do once you get to the farm. Admission includes the Corn Maze, Fun Barn, Jumping Pillow, barnyard activities and the indoor Gumball Machine.
Families can easily make an afternoon or evening out of a visit rather than simply making a quick trip through the maze.
Reserved campfires are also available for an additional charge, along with pumpkins and concessions.
A Mid-Missouri Fall Tradition Turns 25
Twenty-five seasons is quite a milestone, especially for families who may have first visited Shryocks as kids and now bring their own children to the farm.
Whether you’re going for the maze, pumpkins, fall photos or just an excuse to spend a crisp fall day outside, the 2026 season runs for more than six weeks. Friday and Saturday hours also extend until 9 p.m. for those who prefer a nighttime trip through the corn.
Shryocks’ 25th Corn Maze opens Friday, Sept. 18 and continues through Sunday, Nov. 1.
