A new spot for modern Mediterranean food has arrived in downtown Columbia! SAVA – Modern Mediterranean is holding its soft opening on Thursday, October 1, with its newly released menu available for customers to try.
The restaurant says the soft opening is a chance for its team to learn, improve and prepare for its full opening, so guests are encouraged to stop in, try the food and share feedback. Some menu items may have limited availability during the soft opening.

SAVA also plans to remain open throughout the weekend, so head downtown during Mizzou Homecoming and check it out!
They’ve previously said they plan to stay open until 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday, but call to verify hours or check social media before you go since they’re newly opened.
