Book lovers of all ages are invited to stop by Birdie’s Deli for a special series of free community book events hosted by local author Jalaila Hardy, creator of The Sandwich Way.
The Sandwich Way Book Giveaway & Collection offers visitors the chance to browse hundreds of free books for children, teens, and adults while helping keep great stories circulating throughout the Columbia community.
Whether you’re searching for a new favorite novel, a mystery, romance, children’s book, large-print title, or something completely unexpected, you’ll find plenty to explore.

Guests are also encouraged to bring gently used books to donate. The goal is simple: connect readers with books and help stories find new homes throughout the community.
