Grab your chalk and get creative at the 2026 Capital Arts Chalk Art Fair! This free community event invites artists of all ages and skill levels to transform the sidewalks of Memorial Park into colorful works of art while enjoying a day filled with live entertainment, local artists, and delicious food.
Participants receive a sidewalk drawing space approximately 3 feet by 5 feet, and those who register by the early deadline will also receive free pastel chalk. Whether you’re creating an original design or recreating a favorite masterpiece, be sure to sign your finished artwork and credit the original artist if you’re reproducing an existing piece.
