No school doesn’t have to mean scrambling to figure out what the kids will do all day. The ARC in Columbia is offering its School’s Out Day Camp on four upcoming dates this fall.
Kids ages 6–12 can spend the day participating in arts and crafts, sports, games and other activities while school is out.
📅 October 16 & 30 and November 2 & 3, 2026
⏰ 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
📍 ARC (Activity & Recreation Center), Columbia, MO
👧 Ages 6–12
💲 $35 per child
Pre-registration is required. Parents can register by calling 573-874-7460, stopping by the ARC in person or registering online through Columbia Parks and Recreation.
For working parents especially, the 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule makes this a handy option for those days when the kids are off but the adults aren’t.
