Craft mornings are returning to Cooper’s Landing for the 2026 season with a relaxed, family-friendly event focused on creativity and community.
Crafts at Cooper’s takes place every second and fourth Saturday at Cooper’s Landing and invites guests of all ages to stop by for a come-and-go style morning filled with art supplies, painting, sketching, collage, and open-ended creativity.
Local artist Adrienne Luther Johnson provides a variety of materials and rotating specialty supplies for participants to explore, whether they want to paint, draw, collage, or simply experiment with something new. Organizers say there’s no formal lesson plan — just a chance to create, play, and enjoy the riverside atmosphere.
The event is always free and open to all skill levels, with unlimited paper available for especially inspired artists. Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Visitors can also check out Cooper’s Landing’s newly updated mercantile while attending the event.
