Columbia residents can learn more about diabetes prevention, healthy living, and local health resources at the free Cosmos for a Cure Diabetes Fair on Saturday, November 7, 2026.
Hosted by the Columbia Cosmo Clubs, the event will bring together more than 25 vendors at the Sigmund Cosmo Center. Visitors can learn about A1C testing, blood glucose monitoring, nutrition, foot care, and diabetes management.
The fair will also feature information about continuous glucose monitoring, lifestyle and wellness, and community resources available to individuals and families. Representatives from the Cosmopolitan Diabetes Centre will be highlighted as part of the event.
Families, caregivers, and anyone interested in learning more about diabetes are welcome to attend. Admission is free, and there will also be door prizes!
