Donuts for a good cause! Hurts Donut is bringing its Emergency Donut Vehicle to Columbia, MO, on Friday, October 16, 2026, to raise money for a local family facing significant medical expenses.
The truck will be parked at 3669 Legion Lane starting at 11 a.m. and will remain there until the donuts sell out.
This special visit will benefit Jayden, a Columbia boy who was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor at just four years old. Since his diagnosis, Jayden has undergone chemotherapy, more than 20 surgeries, and countless hospital visits.
Despite everything he’s faced, Jayden continues to enjoy basketball, Disney, history, animals, video games, and Legos. The fundraiser aims to help ease the financial burden on his family as they continue navigating his medical journey.
Hurts Donut will donate 100% of sales from its special tribute donuts, plus 10% of all Hurts Dozens and glazed dozens sold, toward the family’s medical expenses.
The Emergency Donut Vehicle will arrive stocked with a variety of favorites, including glazed donuts, assorted Hurts Dozens, seasonal fall flavors, Long Johns, oversized cinnamon rolls, fritters, jumbo cookies, oatmeal cream pies, and fudge rounds.
