Volunteers are needed for a Kiwanis-sponsored Bed Build in partnership with Sleep in Heavenly Peace—an organization focused on making sure no child sleeps on the floor in our community.
🛠 Bed Build Volunteer Event

This hands-on service project brings the community together to build beds for kids who need them. No special skills required—just show up ready to help.
👨👩👧 Good to know:
- Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- You can register online to secure a spot
Not able to attend? You can still help by donating new twin bedding items, including:
- Twin comforter sets / bed-in-a-bag
- Standard pillows
- Twin sheets
It’s a straightforward way to make a real difference—one bed, one child, one morning at a time.
